Monitoring and controlling for the home furnishing environment can greatly improve the quality of people’s life. The purpose of this paper is to develop a set of low power consumption, low-cost, convenient and practical home furnishing environment monitoring system based on wireless sensor network. The research and design has development prospect and popularization value of design system.This paper studies Zigbee short distance wireless communication technology and GPRS wireless remote data transmission technology. The first paragraph emphasizes on the analysis of the communication protocol standards, protocol architecture and data transmission. The purpose of the subject is low power and low cost, on the home environment monitoring system for the overall design of hardware and software. In the hardware design, select the temperature sensor DS18B20 to complete the collection of environmental parameters of the work. The receiving environment parameter the CC2530 RF chip and sends the data to the GPRS wireless communication module through the antenna circuit. Finally users realized through the mobile phone terminal to access GPRS network. The function of the indoor environment parameters is to real-time monitoring.In the software design, realized the design of overall framework for environmental monitoring system developed a good human computer interaction interface environment monitoring software development. Users facilitate the indoor environmental monitoring using remote terminal. Finally, through carrying out on the monitoring system Experiments, The results showed that the environmental monitoring system designed in this thesis can achieve the function of the remote terminal to monitor the indoor temperature and humidity, light sensitivity.With low power consumption, low cost, high reliability and other characteristics, can meet the design requirements.
