Design Of The Intelligent Home Security Monitoring System

With the social progress and the improvement of living standards of thepeople, the emphasis on the family property and personal safety also will bestrengthened. Based on the understanding of domestic and international smarthome development and status, the achievements of the predecessors of acomprehensive study concluded, actual demand and the current situation ofembedded development, this thesis proposes a new solution, which is basedon S3C2410and Linux operating system. The system uses ZigBee wirelesssensor networks as a family internal local area network and the GPRS networkas an external remote access network. It can realizes mobile phone for remotecontrol of multiple control node, real-time access to the physical parameters ofthe image information and the home environment, to know about home securitydynamic information in a timely manner to eliminate the security risks. The useof embedded technology to reduce power consumption and cost, theintroduction of modular design and hierarchicalwarning systems will improvethe openness and intelligence of the system, and ultimately build a smart homenetwork. Especially use of the remote control technology to improve its ease ofoperation, make live in home remote monitoring system to be possible.The main work done in this paper:1.Introduce the current development at home and abroad, background andsignificance of the smart home system to determine the overall system design,analysis compared currently popular in several short-range wirelesscommunications technology, and the eventual adoption of ZigBee technology toset up home security monitoring system wireless communication network;2.Modular structure are discussed in detail the various modules of thehardware and software implementation process;3.Describe the Linux operating system on this system transplantation andwere analyzed, and the MMS service.The complete hardware and software design of the intelligent homesecurity monitoring system and tested to verify the effectiveness andpracticality of the design. The experimental results show that the program isfeasible to achieve a basic home security feature, and the whole system hasgood versatility and scalability. The use of Linux as an embedded operating system, in line with the embedded development trends to facilitate thesecondary development and expansion of others on the basis of the design.
