With the development of science and technology, various crystal optical devices are widely used, especially in the field of photo electronic technology and communication. The key factor of crystal optics design includes Double refraction、Double reflection、Reflected light and the relation between refraction light waves and incidence light waves of amplitude、phase position and energy. In this paper, we research the reflection and refraction of light waves when they spread under and on the surface of uni-axial crystal in arbitrary optical axis orientation. The focus of the analysis gathers in the phase position relations between reflected light、refraction light and incidence light. Specific works are as follows:1 、 At random optical axis direction, reflection and refraction of light waves are researched, when incident light waves’ electric fields are perpendicular and parallel to the incident surface. And at the same time, we discover the expression of reflection coefficient、transmission coefficient、reflectivity and transmissivity. Reflected light and refracted light waves’ amplitude, phase and energy characteristics are discussed, when light waves from hydrophobic medium and optically denser medium incidence to crystal. The results show that the selection of optical axis direction have less effect on the characteristic trends of amplitude 、phase and energy, but it has big impact on the phase mutation point、Brewster Angle、refraction light waves and total reflection critical angle of reflection light waves, meanwhile, the energy ratio between refraction Light O and Light E changes a lot.2、In each condition of Light E incoming and Light O incoming into the crystal, we search the reflection light waves and refraction light waves under crystal surface when optical axis chooses random direction. As results, the expression of reflection coefficient and transmission coefficient are discovered and reflected light and refracted light waves phase characteristics are discussed. The consequences show that when the incident angle smaller than the angle of reflection total, there have multiple mutations in the range from 0 to π of Light O Phase and Light E Phase. And show that different optical axis orientation has huge impact on the phase.
