As the development of the social and internet, more and more new words appear in people’s view. “media words” is a new thing which emerged in internet.However, most survey of “media words” limited to some superficial aspects, few have analyze it from structural features of linguistics and internet public sentiment.The author examines these questions from four different perspectives and pay attention how to solve the network public sentiment.First of all, “media words”comes from internet, it formed by emergency, most of“media words” are negative news and high-enrichment as a “term”, a “phrase”,or a“sentence”. The word-making motivation of “media words” contains four aspects:“incident compulsive creation ”, “associate creation”, “analogize creation”, “fill a vacancy of lexical system creation”. Secondly, This article will describe regular schedule analysis of “media words” from network public sentiment: net citizens on the basis of emergencies, by means of formal and informal public sentiment expression channels to produce internet comments, hot topic, and then formed “word media”. Thirdly, This article will have five examples of posting rate which from“micro-blogs”, “blogs” and “Baidu post bar”. Charting network public sentiment,analyze its ruler and find the way to solve it: network public sentiment emphasis on persuasion rather than conceal.
