Wireless network optimization is a closed loop process, moves in circles, improves network indicators constantly, to let the network performance get the best balance point we needed. 4G network operators’ licences have been issued, construction and commerce of LTE network has been launched in china, the mobile internet has entered the era of LTE. But in the early part of the network construction, because of wireless propagation model do not match with the wireless environment, will lead to the angle of antenna can not been adjusted accurately, and solved the problem of coverage well in the network optimization; The allocation of time slot will affect the system throughput and spectrum utilization in the system, allocation reasonablely of time slot, not only can increase the throughput of the system, but also can raise the utilization ratio of frequency; Because of the unreasonable network plan, lead to some problems after the network construction completed, such as network coverage problem, neighbour cells configuration unreasonable and so on, will affected the wireless access ratio, handover successful ratio, the drop ratio and the like, so the optimization research of LTE network also became more and more urgent.This paper is set in qiqihar wireless network optimization, according to the characteristics of geology and the urban scale of qiqihaer city, selects the test data which worked in the 2605 MHz band base station of the city, corrected the SPM wireless transmission model, according to the driver test data, used the least square method, obtained the corrected propagation model, in the new propagation model, controlled the error around in 2 dB, the error before correction is about 9 dB, the error improved largely,suitable for wireless propagation environment of qigihar city,the SPM communication model is proposed for the practical network planning and optimization; then, this paper based on the analysis of the basic theory of TD-LTE system interference in the system, used polling algorithm, proposed the UE under the lower SINR value condition of wireless environment, the system based the UE SINR value, used the Shannon theorem, adaptived dynamic slot allocation of wireless environment, the same UE SINR value of this method in the same situation, compared with the fixed time slot allocation, can increase the throughput of the system and improve the system spectrum efficiency. Finally, according to the Qigihar 4G TD-LTE ZTE optimization project of Mobile Corporation, analysed the typical optimization case in the first-stage project, including: PCI planning and optimization, the optimization of low SINR value, TD-LTE system neighbor cells relation configuration, the optimization of CSFB, improved the network KPI indicators, the above research had a strong reference and guiding significance for the later optimization of network.
