Due to the rapid development of Internet technology, the rapid growth of information and data, resulting in the ability to store the company’s own data center computing capacity and data can not meet the growing demand. The traditional solution is through the purchase of more advanced equipment to achieve fast computation and high-capacity storage, general business IT hardware needs to be replaced three years a new hardware device, in order to meet the security and enterprise business enterprise information systems business growth needs, but this greatly increases the cost, the cost of enterprise information management in enterprises in the cost will be higher, and how to reduce the cost of information technology companies also need to solve the problems of the modern enterprise.Through cloud computing, enterprises can transform their IT costs from capital costs to operating expenses. Especially Elastic Cloud provides the transfer of the risk, so in the long run, to a service hosting has some value in the cloud. Cloud computing users who need to make a choice in the existing data center to the cloud hosting service, or kept in its own data center. This paper compares and analyzes the enterprise cloud computing access and use of the company’s own data center costs, specifically the daily work of the enterprise information for each cost element, and the calculation formula for each cost element. Standardized by the value of each element of the processing costs, the use of DEA model to evaluate the relative effectiveness. Based on a comparison of gray correlation between countries DEA model calculations with the data, draw the actual best decision.
