Design And Application Of The Management Information System Of Student Employment Based On JSP

In recent years,the employment situation of college graduate is increasinglysevere,and has becoming the focus of public attention,while there is a certain blindnessto graduates in the choice of occupation. As taking the primary responsibility for theunit’s graduates to find jobs, universities bear enormous pressure,and for graduates, theStudent Employment information platform for collecting,screening effectiveinformation as suggestions is needed to provide career guidance and counseling.Schools should provide students with timely and effective employment guidance andjob demand information, to help them to find the right job,to analysis the employmentsituation of the school over the years,and to develop effective career guidance programsto improve the level of employment information.To reflect the latest information on theemployer, university graduates basic information and employment trends quickly,efficiently and comprehensively, it is necessary to design a JSP-based studentemployment management system.The authors analyze the current variety of management systems,and then study thethree layers MVC framework model(jsp,servlet and JavaBeans),use javascript, css+div,jQuery and other technology to design and develop a student employment managementsystem. The system organizes and classifies employment information in a morereasonable way through the network by using the integrated application of networkinformation platform and local information management platform, which helps eachuser find the information they need in campus networks in a very short time, improveswork efficiency, saves a lot of time, achieves the management of student employmentinformation quickly and efficiently,provides convenient conditions for studentemployment,and successfully completes a perfect butt between universities andenterprises.The Student Employment Management System includes foregroud and backgroud. The foregroud includes site news module, recruitment information module, graduate jobinformation module, career guidance information module, information search module,message module, graduates and business registration and login module and others.Thebackground is used for managing the system,including user management module,information management module, message management module and others.Therearefour users, the super administrator user, admin user, graduates users,enterprise usergraduates and business users can query and publish employment information and jobinformation after registration and logging;super administrators and general managersmanage the system after logging.The system not only provides a platform to release of the latest jobs forenterprises,but also provides self-recommended way for graduates to allow businessusers to pay close attention,solving the problems of being unable to start for graduateswhen finding a job.
