In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile communication andInternet, WAP (Wireless ApplicationProtocol) emerge as the times require, wirelessapplications and WAP equipment has been developed, mobile phone Internet began tobecome increasingly popular. The Internet provides a lot of information to us, but forPC users, WAP mobile phone users can get the information is very limited, this isbecause on the one hand, WAP webpage using WML (Wireless Markup Language),while the ordinary PC browsing webpage is HTML (Hypertext Markup Language)prepared. On the other hand, the application environment of mobile Internet andmobile terminal devices have some shortcomings, such as narrow bandwidth, delay,small storage capacity, low display screen. In view of these, in order to achieve rapid,mobile users can access information on the Internet, this paper proposes a conversionmethod of personalized content, adaptive HTML pages based on. New features willuse HTML5+CSS3+JavaScript technology to realize the HTML5technology in theintelligent mobile phone and tablet computer, including the structural elements, a newintelligent form controls and properties, the new support for embedded multimediaobjects and the new API application program interface. By using the new HTML5features, to achieve the user experience to the mobile phone platform can directlysupport all kinds of multimedia teaching without the need for any third party plugins,offline application mobile phone platform module, local data storage,3G and wirelessdomain network seamless docking, GPS geographic information, these new functionswill give Web users a new experience.
