Relationship marketing theory plays an important role in promoting the development of knowledge-based enterprises. Hunan new material company is a specialized textbook marketing company in a traditional publishing group, after nearly5years of development, it has achieved good results. But with more traditional idea and marketing mode, there are many problems in marketing. This paper researched the Chongqing City branch of Hunan new materials Liability Co., Ltd. Starting from the4R theory of relationship marketing, follow identify problems, analyze the problems of thinking and problem-solving logic to build the thesis framework, The research content includes, how to solve the responsibility of the new materials in Hunan Province Co. Ltd. of Chongqing Branch Relationship Marketing, Around "what is relationship marketing and what about the current status, problems, how to design the marketing strategy and how to implement the specific steps,so as to further improve the speed of development of the company’s marketing.This article contains5aspects in all, which are as follows:The first part describes the relationship marketing status for the company. The second part analysis the environment of the relationship marketing; the third part confirm the necessity of the implementation for relationship marketing company through the environmental analysis of the company;the fourth part comes up with the relationship marketing strategy;and the last part tells the implementation of the relationship marketing.The main conclusions are as follows:There are urgent needs to improve marketing strategy. And also there are many problems such as marketing, customer loyalty means is poor and backward product design also lack of marketing mode; It should be improved the lack of scientific and reasonable analysis of marketing planning; customer demand is not thorough in marketing concept,and misunderstanding of customer data information system is also not perfect enough. The above research not only provides theoretical support and policy reference for the implementation of relationship marketing, also provides a reference to the domestic research for the similar marketing enterprises.
