| With the rapid development of domestic civil aviation transportation industry, Air Traffic Management Bureau (ATMB) as its important management department, need to adapt to the development and should offer services timely. At present, a major challenge for ATMB is how to deal with all kinds of projects centralized. Northeast ATMB also faces this problem. At present, the northeast ATMB need to manage the information and demand of all kinds of project. In addition, as the general office of three northeast provinces, ATMB also need to communicate with Jilin civil aviation, Heilongjiang civil aviation and Dalian civil aviation.In the traditional working mode, these work need a lot of human resources to accomplish. Considering the limited human resources and the complexity of the project information, simply rely on artificial homework not only can’t ensure finish the work in time but also can not guarantee the accuracy of the work. As a result, we consider using the informational model of project management.In this paper, based on the status quo of northeast ATMB project information management, the northeast ATMB engineering information management system was designed and implemented combined with the Struts framework and IBATIS technology. We first introduce the research background of the system and some technology used in the designation. Then we conduct demand analysis, including the analysis of system functional requirements, non-functional requirements and architecture. In the process of system designation, we get the data used in this system through the further analysis of the system requirements. In the detailed design stage, we try to understand the system by means of static modeling and dynamic modeling. We give some details of the implementation of some function. Finally, the system structure and function are tested.The System can improve the efficiency of project management, effectively shortening the time of communication. It can also make leaders Grasp the overall situation from a macro point of view and enhance the reliability of decision. It has a strong practical value. |
