Painting security door is most rely on manual operation, especially in the smalland medium-sized enterprise. In the painting process,the paint will emit a largeamount of toxic and harmful gases, causing great damage to the workers. The paintingquality of security door depends on the experience of workers, but it can’t meet therequirements of high quality spraying and intensity spraying operation. At the sametime, our country is currently in a special period of economic transformation ofindustrial upgrading, enterprises are facing a series of problems such as recruitmentdifficulties, high labor costs, underutilization of raw materials.Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to design a low-cost spray robot forsecurity industry. The purpose of this robot is to replace the humans for sprayingsecurity doors, and it can be adapt to the security door enterprises’ production scale,meet the quality of small and medium enterprises, stable performance needs, solverecruitment difficulties and high cost problems.In view of the above goals, this paper mainly discussed the following points:(1) For the problem of spraying security door or doorframe has different sizesand different types, this paper analyses the identification of spraying object shape. Inorder to get the shape data of spraying object, it designs a security door shapedetection scheme.(2) For the problem of security door needs multi-angle and multi-plane spraying,this paper analyses the space of security door’s spraying surface. It designs themechanical and electrical structure of spraying robot, and puts forward the servo driveand sensor detection method.(3) For the problem of the multi-axis spraying robot’s control, this paper tests thecontroller programming flexibility and analyses the Cooperation of multi-axis motioncontro. For geting fast and accurate control, It desings the core of the control and thecontrol structure.
