With the popularity of intelligent terminal and the vigorous development of the mobile business application, mobile internet presents explosive growth trends. Statistics show that the wireless traffic is growing at a rate of close to 100% a year.In order to ensure the quality of the user's service, new wireless access technologies will continue to emerge. Now it has formed the situation that 2G, 3G, 4G as the representative of a macro cell access technologies and wireless local area networks(WLAN) and femtocell as the representative of the microcell access technologies coexist each other. However, due to the independent and no effective coordination mechanism among the access networks, the mutual interference is serious, resulting in the waste of wireless resource and excessive energy consumption.Aiming at the above problems, this paper proposes a heterogeneous network integration architecture based on cloud, which is a good combination of cloud computing and heterogeneous network integration technology. With the help of heterogeneous network integration technology, this architecture can achieve integration between different access networks, such collaborate with each other, interference coordination, so as to improve resource utilization and spectrum transmission efficiency; while taking advantage of cloud computing technology to provide dynamic resource allocation and powerful data processing capability for the entire integration system, this architecture can greatly improve the resource utilization and energy efficiency. In addition, in this paper, on the basis of this architecture we proposed a cross-layer multipath transport protocol. Currently, although many terminal equipment have the ability to access a variety of wireless access networks, but the same time they can only through a link for data transmission, the transmission rate is limited. While the proposed multi-path multiplexing protocol enables multi-mode terminal equipment to access to at least one network at the same time in a variety of wireless access networks overlapping coverage of the scene. So with the help of the protocol proposed in this paper, the multi-mode terminal equipment can realize data concurrent multipath transmission, breakthrough the limitation of single link and exponentially increase data transfer rate.
