The Design And Implementation Of The Office Management System Of Tax Bureau

With the increasing development of web technology, maturity of database technology,lightweight enterprise development dominates in software development domain nowada ys byreplacing the heavyweight enterprise development. Meanwhile, information technology has a widerapplication in office management, and information management systems is developing steadily andfast. Many companies have promoted office management by IT technology, and mass officemanagements platform come out.This paper designed and implemented a office management system based on WEB technology,by taking advantage of fast and convenient network, secure, efficient database to help manage theheavy task of office staffs’ information. The purpose of the system is to provide an informationdisplay and exchang platform and good environment for the office. The system uses the popular opensource lightweight frameworks SSH2(struts+spring+hibernate), and the server uses ApacheTomcat Server, then database system is MySql.Firstly, combined with the shortages of current Tax Bureau management, we analyzed the currentsituation of office management system, and then described the current mainstream keytechnolo giesof Java SSH2, and then accurately determined the expected demand of system and the overall designof the system, then described the main implementation method and design of important modules ofTax Bureau office management. This paper also described the design and implementation codes ofthe main features of the system.Completed module of the system in this paper includes display features of Tax Bureau office,personnel information maintenance, system management interfaces for administrators. In addit ion,there is a outstanding feature among modules-face detection and recognition. Each module isdivided into many small parts, the paper elaborated on the implementation means of the variousmodules, including face recognition technology by using sift a lgorithm and opencv platform. And theface recognition module is a advanced automatic face recognition technology to complete stuffattendance, thus offers a more intelligent and high efficiency of office management. Compared to thedrawbacks of traditional methods, face recognition can play a very good accuracy and effect ofcheckon of stuffs.This article also described the methods and environment of software test, and detailedly tested each functional requirements and the interface and interactivity of application. After frequent test andmodification, the results showed the system performed normal operation involved in variousfunctions and achieved the desired requirements.This paper also gived an objective summary of the research project.The development Tax Bureau office management system can greatly improve the efficiency ofthe Tax Bureau staffs, and provide satisfactory service and experience for staffs, improve life andefficiency work of Tax Bureau staffs.
