CNPC is the business of oil and gas engineering construction, engineering and technicalservices, natural gas, natural gas equipment manufacturing, financial services, new energydevelopment and so on for the main business of integrated international energy company, bythe end of2013, the company has40000employees,23000sets of various vehicles, gas scaleof road transportation is not less than50million tons a year. Along with the expansion ofcompany business, transport fleet vehicle size is also growing, around the pipe segment tounified regulation, the company decided to independent transportation monitoringmanagement of the construction of the platform, complete the company unified monitoringand management of the vehicle, road transportation for natural gas comprehensive control tolay a solid foundation.In CNPC road transport of dangerous goods business as the research object, thedevelopment of the urban area of dangerous goods transportation monitoring system based ongeographic information system, using the GIS spatial analysis and visualization featuresgeared to the needs of the whole process of urban transport of dangerous goods safety controlsystem, ensure the safety of gas transport. For for transport to monitor this area, to solve thevehicle location, status, movement track monitoring is difficult problem.By researching the company vehicle transportation management present situation,understand the basic business content of vehicles, drivers, management and operation process,through questionnaire and actual investigation records user basic needs, induces and sums upthe business process, complete system requirements analysis, the selection of technicalscheme and system design implementation. The two mainstream of the current enterpriseapplication development framework of J2EE platform and. NET platform technologycomparative analysis, the B/S and C/S deployment architecture compare analysis, accordingto the characteristics of the system to choose the appropriate development platform anddeployment structure. Combining with the characteristics of mainstream GIS platform andtransportation monitoring management system on GIS platform, choose suitable GIS platformas the geographic information system support. According to the establishment of the technicalroute and business requirements, dangerous goods transport monitoring system design, from the software architecture, network topology, function architecture and database design and soon system design in this paper, detailed design scheme of the part of the module is given.After complete system development work, and the function of the system performance testand ensure correct system business logic processing, meet the demand analysis of theperformance of the system. Resulting in user units to deploy the implementation work,including the vehicle terminal acquisition equipment installation and debugging, systemplatform software and hardware environment online implementation, deployment, and systemto complete the deployment of implementation of this system.By the implementation of this system in China’s natural gas transportation company,China based gas transportation company actual transportation management business, followthe GIS platform and enterprise service bus technology route, positioning, video monitoringfunction as the core, through the3g network data transmission, complete the dangerousgoods transport management system design and development work, to realize natural gastransportation visual function, set up for the whole process of dangerous goods transportationsafety control system, ensure the safety of gas transport..
