The article took the great advantage of synchronous driving system in speed control,position control and speed response based on the electrical servo to design a mechanical partwith the periodic change of the load, and to design a new independent switching method forthe synchronous compensation control using the periodic change of the load. This articleestablished a double motor synchronous driving system model based on the prototype of thepermanent magnet synchronous motor ac servo system, and carried on the simulation analysisof conventional PID and fuzzy PID. At last, this article carried on the analysis based on theself-designed experimental platform.In the first chapter, the article took the electric synchronous servo control technologyapplication as the starting point, and pointed out the limitations of the present stage ofrelevant technology based on the research status at home and abroad. Also, the article putforward a fuzzy synchronization control strategy with autonomous switching function, andthen explain the main idea of this article.In the second chapter, the article described the different forms of the gear transmissionbased on the detail analysis of multi-gear of electric servo synchronous driving system, andintroduced the four key technologies of the mechanical parts based on the form of differentgear meshing. Then, the article introduced three main contents of the electrical part, and drewthe operation flow chart of the electrical system. In the third chapter, the article showed thenecessity to establish the double gear model based on the analysis of mechanical model, anddesigned a synchronous control method of autonomous switching based on deviation. Then,the article compared the simulation between conventional PID controller with fuzzy PIDcontroller based on self-designed synchronous control method by using MATLAB.In the fourth chapter, the article wrote the control program in host computer and slavecomputer based on the self-built system. The study showed that this article produced a goodmethod for synchronous control system based on the data from host computer.In the fifth chapter, the article indicated the direction in which the system is likely to goby analyzing the content of work in this article.
