In recent years, with the development of network technology and embedded technology,glove machine control system develops in aspect of the network, high-speed, user-friendly,remote monitoring and cluster control. Currently, the single glove machine control technology ismaturing, and the network cluster control will become the key research direction. In China, mostof the glove manufacturers are using RS485, CAN and other fieldbus or serial bus networkarchitecture in workshop. Well, this kind of network architecture is of poor network openness,slow data transfermation, which is not compatible with multi-bus and other issues. Therefore,this paper analysed the process and control principle of glove machine, use embeddedtechnology and based on TCP/IP protocol for industrial Ethernet technology to build a networkarchitecture based on Industrial Ethernet glove machine control system. The system has threetiers, as follows, underlying execution layer, site monitoring layer, remote PC control layer. Theuser can locally or remotely control all glove machinevia Ethernet technology.In the design of this system, Firstly, according to the functional requirements of enterprisecontrol and management system, a distributed network architecture based on Ethernetcommunications is built. Secondly, according to the requirements of glove machine glovesknitting and agency works principle, glove machine floor control system is designed, whichincludes the design of timing solenoid control, testing and operation of signal acquisition andfrequency control. Achieves the production control and state machine detects of a single glovemachine. Meanwhile, site monitoring layer uses S3C6410microprocessor as the control core. InTiny6410core board extended a touch screen interface, a USB interface, an Ethernet interfacesand other equipments, establishs site monitoring host hardware platform, and ports the WinCEoperating system on the platform, and uses C#language to write the Ethernet communicationprogram and human-machine interaction application. Finally, sets up on a remote PC end Webserver, establiss the gloves database, and uses ASP.NET technology bulid Web application,achieves remote network management of glove machines.In this paper, system function of the underlying control layer, the HMI site monitoring layerand the Remote PC monitoring layer is tested. Network connection, data transmission andreception, movement execution are tested. The results indicate that the system is capable of beautiful interface, simple operation, fast communication, realizeson-site cluster monitoring andremote cluster monitoring of gloves machine, meets the requirements of Gloves productionenterprises.
