As the rapid development of wireless communications system, the innovation of technology and users’ experience requirements for wireless communication system, a new generation of wireless communication system that called LTE-Advanced was born, also known as the fourth generation of wireless communication system, referred to as 4G. In LTE-A system, it is required to provide the maximum transmission data rate for downlink 1Gbit/s and uplink 500Mbit/s data rate. According to Shannon formula, in order to increase the data rate, there are two ways to achieve: the first, to improve signal to noise ratio S/N; the second, to increase the transmission bandwidth BW. However, improving S/N for LTE-A system of high data rate is not realistic. Since the band is allocated for each of the existing system, available spectrum resources has been difficult to find a continuous 100 MHz bandwidth, while in an FDD system requirements for each 100 MHz vertically symmetrical transmission of broadband cannot be realized. However, in the whole spectrum has fragmented dispersion spectrum, thus 3GPP proposed Carrier Aggregation(CA).Carrier aggregation technology is the plurality of carrier aggregation together to form a large transmission bandwidth, to meet LTE-A system for the desired maximum 100 MHz transmission bandwidth. Because of carrier aggregation technology, LTE-A system and the traditional single-carrier wireless communication systems are different in terms of scheduling and allocation of resources, and resource scheduling algorithms are conventional for a single business. So the research on Resource Scheduling Algorithm in Wireless Communication System with Carrier aggregation mixed business become a research focus. This paper mainly studies the carrier aggregation of mixed business resource scheduling, according to different QoS characteristics of business, to find a resource scheduling algorithm is suitable for more business. In this paper, on the basis of M-PF scheduling algorithm improvements. To multiple members of the carrier, the carrier aggregation system for M-PF scheduling algorithm was improved, the average throughput at each component carrier as computing priority factor, recalculate the priority of different users, so consider the real-time status on each member of the carrier, and the system of LTE-A and Rel-8 users more fair. For this paper, Through the comparison of three kinds of scheduling algorithm simulation, comparative analysis of the M-PF, the improved M-PF and independent carrier scheduling algorithm under the same business user’s average throughput, LTE-A user and Rel-8 user coexistence of LTE-A user under different proportion of total subscribers average throughput, finally based on the mixed business, under three kinds of resource scheduling algorithm for real-time business user throughput, and the simulation analysis of grouping timeout rate, average throughput of the non real-time business simulation analysis. It shows, the improved M-PF scheduling algorithm can improve the average throughput of the system; For LTE-A user and Rel-8 user scenarios, can take into account the fairness of the two kinds of users; to be able to take full account of the different mixed business meet the requirements of the business requirements of real-time business delay, while for non real-time business can improve the throughput of the system.
