The Design And Realization Of A Children-parent Communication System Based On Android Platform

In recent years, along with the rapidly growing popularity of PCs and smartphones, Many applications based on the traditional PC are quickly transferred to the mobile clients. The mobile terminal has become a integral and important part of the mobile communication system in personal life. Mobile Internet is quietly changing the pattern of the entire Internet.Community site is a small community on the web,it is based on the information and needs of the majority of community residents. Not only it enrich the lives of community residents, but also driven the development of the whole district and the information circle. Among them,the child early education community is the indispensable one. This paper explores the children-parent communication system in mobile Internet era with mobile terminals.In this paper, I has developed the children-parent communication system with Android SDK development tools and object-oriented languages under the Eclipse platform.The system consist of the Web server,the services and client-side on Android mobile platform.The Web-side consist of login and register module,diary management,albums management and other functions. Android mobile terminals on the basis of the above functions, also adds a Preschool Entertainment, parent-child communication, video monitoring and other functions.For the servers, this Android terminal servers and Web servers are both called business methods of DBUtil.java, making the phone server and Web server bound together to achieve data synchronization. After the phone server starts, it creates a ServerSocket to monitor designated ports, while also starting a ServerThread responsible for monitoring the user’s connection. whenever the client connections, he phone server will create and start a process object--ServerAgent responsible for the client communication.Through testing, The children-parent communication system designed in this paper works stable and smooth. The system with high practical value on one hand uses a form of light blog site to provide a platform for parents to realize the online exchanging of childcare experience, on the other hand has storytelling, listening to music, video monitors and some new features helped with a smart phone.
