With the increasing Internet users, network brings a significant blow to the traditional education. The advantages of information technology and the teaching idea of students as the center are shown well by network teaching platform, and the network teaching has become a hot topic in modern educational technology. In order to keep up with the pace of the modern education, campus networks were built in many colleges and universities in recent years. As the relatively backward of the network teaching software, the construction of network teaching platform based on campus network becomes an important task in the college education development.In this paper, through the research on network teaching platform research status in china and foreign countries, analysis of the main problems in the application of network teaching in the guidance teaching, to solve these problems and the actual situation of the Baise Vocational College, integrate the existing teaching resources to develop a network teaching platform, in the campus network and multimedia environment, provide support services to the auxiliary teaching of Baise Vocational College, realize resources sharing and information exchange. This paper mainly completed the following work:(1) We researched the advantages and disadvantages of three technologies to realize dynamic web pages and software architecture and SSH (Struts & Spring & Hibernate) framework, from the size and interactive and security of the network teaching platform, using B/S three layer architecture, framework architecture based on SSH, using JSP technology to realize.(2) We used a three-layer architecture, which is WEB browser-WEB server +Java application server-database server, and designed the network topology of it. We designed the three-layers structure of the network teaching platform based on SSH framework, which is the presentation layer-the business logic layer-the persistence layer, and explained the detailed and function of the Struts, Spring and Hibernate,which in each layer.(3)After a research on the requirements of network teaching between teachers and students and an integration of teaching resources based on the construction and state of network teaching platform of Baise Vocational College, we designed and realized a network teaching platform based on SSH, which realized learning in class and after. We established use case diagram and class diagram of using RationalRose, and designed the table of database.(4) We designed the three layers verification system in security aspects, to ensure the safely and reliablility of the network teaching platform.(5)We designed the interface by using JSP technology. According to the principle of modular design, from the user point of view, the system is divided into the administrator, the teacher, the student three subsystem to realize the network teaching platform.We designed the network teaching platform, according to the actual situation of Baise Vocational College. The network teaching platform has the functions of study, published online teaching resources, online test, download, online discussion, and online answering question, has a good safety, interactivity and portability, can assist the teacher’s teaching effectively, and promote the students’ability of autonomous learning and self test under the network environment. The present work shows that, each of the SSH framework can cooperate primly, in playing their roles, which makes a good preparations to the system’s consistence, cross- platform using, system maintenance and functional extension for the future. B/S model is used in this network teaching platform, it can realize network teaching only a browser was needed for client, and in addition, it was easy to operate.
