In modern war the aircraft low altitude penetration has become a typical technology to attack targets on ground. As being blocked by the ground objects, and the air- defense radar cannot successively track the low altitude targets, it is thus an important work to master the shielding situation surround the radar site, to plot the defilade angle,and to calculate the radar detection distance as well as the antiaircraft weapon kill area of a particular height targets. The force now mainly measure the defilade angle by a method of a more reliable optical, but which has a low efficiency and precision, leading this method lagging much behind the traditional manual-work. Therefore, it is necessary to explore a automatic drawing software to plot the defilade angle on the base of the optical measuring data.Firstly this paper introduces the concept of defilade angle, by analyzing the limitation content of the radar detection and air defense missile kill area, and discuss the great reference value of a defilade angle diagram for the air- defense battle. Then, the characters of the shielding is analyzed. By connecting the different methods for choosing the flex point and the high-low point in the optical measurement, A piecewise interpolation method is present and studied to solve the problem of the fitting the profile of shelter. In order to have a further study of the interpolation methods in the date building model, mainly two devotions are made in this paper:1.In the flex-point measurement mode,A method of the piecewise cubic Hermite interpolation curve is present, which is proved to be the most optimal method for fitting the shielding object contour line.2. In the high-low point measurement mode, this paper constructs a special piecewise polynomial integral curve, according to the size of the curvature k value, which can plot the different bending degrees of monotone curves properly fitting the shielding between each two measurement points.Finally, this method of curve interpolation algorithm is realized in the Matlab environment, and the software of drawing the defilade angle diagram is developed base on.Net platform and the GDI+. This software consists of three module: data manipulation module, curve calculation module and query drawing design module, satisfying curve smoothing calculation in the different measurement modes. It not only realizes the automatic drawing of the defilade angle diagram, detection range diagram and kill area diagram,but also equipped with the practical functions of the scale-slide query and high-quality graph output.Through testing the functions and performance of this software on the site experiment, all the actual requirements and the expected design demands are satisfied to improve the command of the air defense combat efficiency to some content, and it indeed proves to be a good reference.
