Because of the slim chance of success to make a platform-level product to compete with large companies such as the “BAT”, “Verticalization” and “Market segment” are the most popular words in entrepreneurship. But there is one key point which can not be solved by the most large companies, which is to continuously improve the user experience of their individual needs. Since the rise of electronic business, traditional industry is greatly affected. With the growing popularity of smart terminals, mobile Internet user groups become larger. Online shopping pattern is changing people’s habits.The paper used the electricity supplier as a field of study. Based on the cloud services and the development of big data computing technology, this paper explored the feasibility of personalization of mobile shopping APP based on the cloud services. Through literature review and relevant information, the author figured out the difference between the mobile terminal and the traditional PC terminal. By analyzing the impact of the user’s personalized shopping experience in factors and several mainstream mobile shopping APP, the paper finally proposed the personalized interaction framework of mobile shopping APP products based on the cloud services. The framework described the life cycle which the personalized product need to meet and also proposed modular interactive information architecture. In the empirical phase, the paper used the unmarried young workers as the object of study. After study, the author established two different characters and designed two prototypes for mobile shopping APP by analyzing the differences between the two characters. Finally, the author used questionnaire to prove the feasibility of personalized interaction framework.Theoretical innovation and targeted test are the highlights of this study. The results of the empirical phase can not be transformed into a complete available mobile shopping APP products because the theory requires some advanced technology. But the study’s analysis and ideas can provide a good theoretical basis and practical experience for the development of personalized research of the mobile Internet.Personalization is the trend of Internet product development. It requires a lot of technical support and resources. The personalized interaction framework is meaningful because it is a creative exploration based on a modular design for interactive mobile products.
