Design And Realization Of Personalized Patent Application And Service System

Based on personalized patent fulling and service system intellectual property system that agency firm commissioned to develep as the research object, mainly completed the individual patent fulling and service system design and implementation.The patent management firm is influenced by the traditional model, the patent appeling and management of the business is still in the process of filling out manually, the entire processing is munual, it relys on the management mode of work experience.There are some practical difficuties of the trival business program, low efficiency, high error rate, not strongly targeted of the recommended information, so developing personalized patent fulling and service system to adapt to the current situation is imperative to meet social development needs.Based on the careful analysis of the present research situation and find out the patent filing and management process, on the basis of the study of a lot of information technology about the patent management and personalized services of, digesting and absorbing the domestic and foreign research results about the patent management system, we design and implement a personalized patent filing and service system based on B/S structrue.This paper introduces the related theoretical basis of he current patent management, user interest mining, analyzes the current situation of the patent firm’s management work, the feasibility of using the system is presented.On this basis, according to the thought of software engineering, the system demand analysis, system function and user analysis has been constructed, and has carried on the brief design to security requirements.On the basis of the study of the Patent Office work flow research, using today’s popular B/S mode to set up the system structure.Using the web log mining technology,cluster the characteristic and similarity of the customers, realize the personalized recommendations.The system uses the Java programming language to implementation system coding.There are seven chapters in this thesis, from the research purposes and requirements to the system designing and implementation are all in the fine description, lists some parts of the program code and interface.Finally,we uses multi-level testing method to test the system software, proves the scientific nature and effectiveness of the system, and can fully satisfy the patent filing and management requirements of the patent management firm, and it has a good practicability.
