The progress and popularization of digitalized technology has provided technology support to the industrial system, traditional control room is gradually replaced by digitalized control room, which changed operators monitoring behavior, brought great chanllenge to operators and made human error be more serious. At present, domestic research on new error model during monitoring in digitalized human interface is still in the stage of error identification result guarantor normative and accuracy, which lack of experiment verification. This paper makes an experimental validation study on hearing error and eye movement of operator on digitalized human-machine interface, which will improve the monitor performance of operator in digitalized control room, and enhance the reliability of operator.Operators in digital control room learn the information maily through visual and auditory channels, when he monitoring, he may make visual and auditory error. Therefor, this paper has made experiment on hearing errors and target location errors in digitalized control room, in the experiment, it selected typical elements of digital interface(graphics, digital, color and arrow) to constitute the experimental interface, then made the subjects to do the auditory, visual or operational tasks to obtain valid data by controlling the experimental conditions and environment. On the basis of SPSS analysis, it obtained the following conclusions:Hearing error exist in digitalized control room. in the absence of operator interference, hearing error rate and average reaction time are less than the interference situation. On the basis of SPSS analysis, we find that different interference(digital interference, graphics interference, color interference and manual interference) have significant influence on hearing error and reaction time.The two experiments set up arrows, numbers, graphic and color for four target formation, by analysising the eye movement data, we find that different types of target information have significant influence on time to first fixation, fixation duration and target location error. On the basis of SPSS analysis, we find that target location error and first fixation、fixation duration are linear correlation.
