The Study Of Obstacles To Development Of Commercial Archival Institutions In Our Country

Since the event of our commercial archival institutions,they caused a great deal of attention in social and the field of archives.As a new things in the field of records management, many scholars and archivists were studied their establish theory and practice. With the rapid development of the economy, a significant increase in demand for file management,commercial archival institutions to produce in order to meet the market demand, they have begun to take shape after 20 years of development, have played an important professional value and social value, and to solve the community a lot of archival processing,storage, information technology and other issues.Object of this paper is the commercial archival institutions,I will study its development situation in the country, and analysis their internal and external factors that in the development experience, including records management system and construction of China’s legal system of file management, the management issues in commercial archives agency, archives staff and advocacy issues, and finally elaborated a suitable location for commercial archives institutions in China.I hope through this study can serve as a catalyst to attract more attention to them, so that commercial archival institutions can as soon as possible onto a legal path to a more standardized and more comprehensive direction,and make more contributions for the archives career.
