Abstract/Summary:
Intelligent Vehicle can improve vehicle safety, comfort, adaptability and provide excellent car interface, smart car system in general, including the equivalent of the "eyes" of the car, the "brain" and "feet" of the camera, computer and automatic control system, these devices are equipped with a very complex intelligent software processing system, so this car will "think", "judgment", "walking" like people and can automatically start, accelerate, brake, automatically bypass the obstacles on the ground. In case of the complex and changing environment its "brain" can automatically choose the best option, and command the car running smoothly.Recently the biggest feature of the intelligent vehicle system is its autonomous navigation and automatic identification routes, due to the popularity of GPS technology autonomous navigation is available but the route recognition is still a problem. So the research and development of smart car line recognition system based on camera is necessary, the software design of the route identification system and the research of the control algorithm are the central issues of the smart car development, with great application value.The main features of smart car route recognition system based on camera collecting road information are its simple structures, convenient realizations, low costs and so on. Furthermore the image processing work is also very convenient, and it is responsive, with low response time, easy to detect the road situation closely. The designed route identification system includes "direction control system" and "speed control system", the master programs schedule the entire control system by changing the set value of the control system, the control parameters and constraints. In this paper, we optimize the control algorithm, it uses fuzzy PID control algorithm to conduct a comprehensive analysis of road conditions in order to achieve real-time intelligent control. The algorithm characteristic of the system is to obtain the image data of the road in front by the camera.Then through image processing algorithm it forecasts the road towards and identifies obstacles to steering ahead of time in the corners and around obstacles. When in a straight line it controls the steering by the more forward position data.So it fundamentally prevents the status of the smart car body swing when driving straight Speed control according to the current speed, as well as the road condition in front to make the speed of the next state strategy on the one hand, on the other hand, in the speed control using the closed-loop control strategy to control the speed truly.
