This dissertation is based on a constant temperature oscillator of a company in Su Zhou. The rigid-flexible coupling dynamic characteristics for an existing constant temperature oscillator based on ADAMS has been investigated. The unbalance load caused by the rotation of the eccentric mass is carefully calculated. In view of this phenomenon, a new centroid adjustable balancing head is put forward, and the scheme is verified by ADAMS.The balancing mechanism is composed by three systems: machine driven system, weighing-sensor system, control system. The weighing-sensor system is used to weigh the mass of the load, the next operation is based on the mass of the load.. The machine driven system is driven by stepping motor, the mass block is driven to the right position via transmission chain. The displacement and the direction of stepping motor is decided by the control system.; The control system is composed by hardware and software, the hardware is used to receive the signal of the weighing sensor, the software is used to calculate the number of pulse based on the signal of weighing-sensor and to control the stepping motor. The main work of this paper is composed by three parts: conduct experiments to prove the feasibility of the weighing-sensor system; design the project of the mechanism driven system, and the drawing, manufacture, fabrication of the corresponding parts; design the amplifying and filtering circuit for the weighing-sensor and a circuit to control the clutch. The control software was written based the hardware circuit.The rigid-flexible coupling dynamic characteristics for an existing constant temperature oscillator, the design for a new centroid adjustable balancing head, the calculation and experimental for the weighing-sensor system, the design for the hardware and software are all significant. These works can provide some instruction meanings and reference value for the design and research of some relative products.
