With the development of the era and the network technology changes with each passing day, huge changes are happening in all walks of life, education as a national fundamental cause, should not leave behind the other industries. Education informatization and education reform proposed are reminding education researchers that education should keep up with the pulse of the times development and have innovation and break through. In recent years, weibo, micro letter, micro films and other kinds of "micro" industry strong rising, offers a new way of thinking for the development of education, khan academy and the rise of flipping the classroom also pointed out the new direction for the reform of education, the Micro Course came into being in this context, and is being focus on by more and more researchers. But at present, a lot of research focused on the theory, the application of teaching practice is not much. Therefore, in the master certain theoretical basis, we constructed the Micro Course teaching design model of Flash cartoon-making and carried out research about Micro Course into practical application.This research investigated and analyzed the current situation of teaching of Flash cartoon-making in the higher vocational colleges by using literature method, questionnaire method, interview method and case study methods to explore the reality need and feasibility of Micro Course of Flash cartoon-making. After summarizing the substance and connotation of the Micro Course, Micro Course design principles, design elements, We constructed the Micro Course teaching design model of Flash cartoon-making, and selected one of the project as an example to design and develop the micro courses, Finally, we applied the case to the actual teaching, so as to verify the actual effect of Micro Course in the Flash cartoon-making, further improving the shortage of the traditional Flash cartoon-making in teaching, and providing reference and guidance significance for micro teaching design in other subjects.This paper mainly discussed from the following five parts:The first part is introduction. We introduced the background, content, significance, methods and ideas of the research, and analyzed the research status of Micro Course at home and abroad by combing the literature.The second part is related research foundation. Firstly, we concluded the essence and connotation of the Micro Course by comparing and analyzing the several "micro" concepts (Mini courses, Micro Course, Micro class, Micro video) that had been confused at home and abroad. Secondly, we summarized the characteristics of the Micro Course; Thirdly, this paper introduced the theoretical basis of Micro Course.The third part is the teaching design of Micro Course of Flash cartoon-making. Firstly, we analyzed the discipline characteristics of Flash through the literature analysis method, and surveyed the current situation of teaching through the method of observation and investigation on the traditional Flash cartoon-making, in order to summary the real need and feasibility of Micro Course; Secondly, summarized design principles and design elements of Micro Course, combined with the discipline characteristics of Flash and the practical needs, we constructed the Micro Course teaching design model of Flash cartoon-making.The fourth part is the development and application of case-study of Micro Course. Firstly, we designed and developed a part of micro courses and applied them to teaching practice; Secondly, we investigated and analyzed the application effect in order to summary the advantages and the existing problems of teaching design of Micro Course of Flash cartoon-making, and to further improve and perfect.The fifth part is summary and outlook.We summarized the whole content and the existing problems of the research, and summed up the future of Micro Course.
