In recent years, with the acceleration of China’s social economic development and industrial automation speed, a lot of power equipment putting into industrial production and the demand of economic development in electricity is growing. Energy conservation has become a problem that all enterprises pay close attention. In order to be able to achieve the effective management of electricity and an urgent need to establish electric energy management system to achieve effective management of electric power. So the enterprise can reduce the investment of manpower and positively response to the call of the society, it can developed into a save resources and environmental benefit of the businesses. Energy management system can enable enterprises to achieve a reasonable plan and effective use of energy. It can effectively reduce the unit energy consumption and achieve economic efficiency of enterprises to promote increased force.In the thesis, the energy management needs of the cement plant as a research object and it is developed a system platform aimed at electric energy management. The main research content is as follows:1. The system is in a B/S structure. It uses Visual Studio 2010 as a development platform and C# as dominant language of.NET for the development language. It implemented under strong support in SQL Server 2008 database server and ⅡS7.0 Web server. Which also joined the gray prediction algorithm to predict energy depletion of future with its GM (1,1) model was effective realization of the energy forecast.2. The system is based on the production process of cement plant and it divided into six modules: user module, limestone process module, clay crushing process module, and raw material processes module, clinker module and cement grinding module. So it is realized the user login registration, the password modification, the query of real-time data, historical data and prediction data. Thus it can complete the effective management of energy in a reference to the energy data. It can be effectively developed the electricity plan and the rational use of energy.3. The system realizes the collection of enterprise energy data automated. It use C# language to achieve the grey GM(1,1) model prediction algorithm in the.NET environment and it verify the feasibility of grey prediction algorithm under the environment of Matlab simulation. The power management system can enable companies to use for. energy for rational planning. This allows the enterprise energy management more standardized, energy data collection more accurate. It can bring more valuable data basis for the development of enterprises.
