Based on the above, we propose a health information management system, which the client is running on the smart phone and make it easy for people to manage personal health information.This paper discusses the background and significance of this research, as well as domestic and foreign health information management and the development of smart phones, and then analyzes the andriod platform architecture, introduces the five most android system and the advantages of build systems using software stack mode architecture. Further elaborated android interface development technology, including UI components, event handling mechanism and message handling mechanism Handle. Introduces the main components of android applications. This paper describes the implementation process of the system.The system is divided into client and server side. Client data through the network communication module to communicate with the server, use the Handle mechanisms to deal with asynchronous tasks and use the dialog box, instant messaging to prompts the user.Finally, the system has been carried out by a series of tests, given in the test environment and test cases.The test results and analysis result show that the system realizes all designed functions,and the system is stable.
