Mobile e-government is a mobile wireless communications and mobile computing Chief Technology in government work, through techniques such as smart phones, tablet PCs, Wifi terminal, Bluetooth devices, wireless networks to provide services to the public. Mobile e-government technology can not "line" and "presence" of the constraints, reduce the workload of government workers, improve efficiency and performance, to better provide convenient services to the public. However, the mobile e-government authentication technologies are facing two major obstacles, and information security. In order to protect the absolute safety of government information resources within the network and mobile terminals, mobile e-government e-government requires more than the wired terminal required reinforcement, channel encryption, authentication, access control and other safety measures.This thesis based on Mobile e-government security platform, building a certificate authentication system for mobile e-government service personnel, through the establishment of a comprehensive, effective security mechanisms and measures to ensure the safety of the access terminal, network security. This system can provide identity authentication, encryption, certificate of security communication func tion, providing a secure, trusted mobile office environment for intelligent mobile terminal users, so as to solve the problems of E-government security in wireless network environment.Firstly study theoretical knowledge asymmetric cryptographic algorithm RSA algorithm, ECC algorithm and SM2 algorithm analysis and comparison drawn by SM2 algorithm outperforms the RSA algorithm conclusions; then introduced mobile technology to achieve certification through the mobile intelligent terminal and certificate authentication system security docking operations for certificate management, and interface protocol design; Finally, KM systems, respectively, CA RA systems and design system architecture design and key services, to achieve a suitable current mobile e-government certificate authentication system, and its work processes, operating principles and design of key technologies, such as the situation described.RSA algorithm is based on aspects of penetration and alternative value SM2 algorithms and other considerations, this paper designs and implements certificate authentication system can simultaneously support RSA, SM2 two algorithms. With the escalation of the national cryptographic algorithms, the new encryption algorithm can provide higher speed and wider bandwidth encryption certificate authentication systems, while paper designs and implements certificate authentication system can service and a compatible mobile electronics based on the old algorithm government security platform to facilitate the safe integration of management and improve the safety and security factor of the system. From the industry point of view, through the promotion and application of e-government movement SM2 algorithm certificate authentication system can drive SM2 algorithm chip, SM2 cipher machine, SM2 password Key, SM2 password applications throughout the industry. In addition to the traditional password field is applied, it can be applied in many emerging market potential WPKI, digital TV, digital copyright protection, electronic medical records, e-passports and other huge industry, but also will lead to reading and writing machines, evidence storage and more market development of related businesses.
