With the rapid development of bitcoin, the applications of bitcoin also become diversified. The bitcoin hardware wallet has a high cost, poor usability, carry inconvenient shortcomings. The user generally use software wallet as the bitcoin payment tool. But software wallet is over-dependence on the system security of the mobile phone or the computer, and the wallet is threatened by hackers and computer virus because of connecting the Internet all the time. In order to let bitcoin used more convenient and enhance the security of the payment, the research designs bitcoin payment based on the IC card.According to the bitcoin payment, we choose the suitable IC card and design the corresponding IC card file structure which used to store authentication information of the card and parameters of the bitcoin payment. According to the national standard of IC card, we design the private key management system with three layer structure in the project. We design the authentication process to protect the security of the card and terminal respectively.Use a master key to encryption the private key is more security then using password encryption the private key, because the password is short than the master key. We use hierarchical deterministic mechanism to enhance the anonymity of the bitcoin transactions in the card. In order to reduce the dependence of the security of the system random number, we use deterministic usage of the elliptic curve digital signature algorithm to replace the standard elliptic curve digital signature algorithm. The various experiments can prove the feasibility and rationality of the technology. Payment experiment shows the correctness of the search in the last.
