With the development of industrial robots, the controlling way of industrial control systems is also increasing. However, in the aspects of the real-time, stability and human-computer interaction etc. o the control system of handing device in the market are not well improvement at present. Therefore, this paper aims to design a control system of handing device for injection molding machine which possesses a good interactive interface, real-time, stability and security.Firstly, with the hardware structure of the triaxial handing device for injection molding machine, this paper introduces the requirements of robot control system design and the peripherals. Secondly, introduce the overall design of this control system, and the communicating design of master comtroller and peripherals. The control system adopts the concept of modular design, which achieves through PC 104 structure and communicates with the PC 104 signals. CAN circuit communicates the main controller board and the servo control board, with a servo control panel interface to implement the communication among the servo control board, servo motor and servo amplifier, enabling to control and supervise the running location and status of the handing device. The main function of communication board is to convert the interface circuit, then achieves to communicate the main controller and touch screen, remote 10. Namely, convert the SCI interface to RS232 interface for the communicating of main control panel and touch screen, also convert the SPI interface to RS85 interface for the communicating of main control board and remote 10 board, for the controlling and monitoring of pneumatic components. The communication design of main controlle and EU67 board, also EU67 board and injection molding machine simulator implements the line signal interact of handing device and injection molding machine. Software design is a detailed description of the program design and implementation of program functions, the communication program design and program functions of main controller and touch screen, main controller and remote IO board, main controller and servo control system.also introduces real-time interrupt 10ms master controller programming design and I2C communication program design.Finally, through the testing and validation of control system, mainly in laboratory tests and in actual factory online testing, this paper shows that the designed control system of triaxial handing device for injection molding machine meet the requirements based on test results.
