| Analog Radio Frequency Memory(ARFM)can save radar signal completely by analog device, and it can reconstitute and transmit the storage signal. ARFM has wide instantaneous bandwidth and simple structure, it is the main part of ECM systems. Because of the excellent performance, Fiber-Optical delay line is widely applied in ARFM, Fiber-Optical Frequency Memory obtained the rapid development.Based on ARFM technology, the principle of Fiber-Optical Frequency Memory is analyzed in detail, the constitution and specification of feed-forward and feedback Fiber-Optical Frequency Memory are presented. This paper compared several method of storing signals, and studied on the influence of quasi sample style on signal. Based on the analysis of multimode fiber attenuation, bandwidth and multimode coupler performance, the system that can process several signals is proposed. Finally, the influence of phase noise on the signal is discussed, and according to the measured phase noise, Fiber-Optical Frequency Memory system is improved to suppress it. |
