Analog Radio Frequency Memory(ARFM)is a kind of RF signal storage device. It can store an incident RF signal, and reconstitute the signal upon commands from the controller. ARFM has developed an essential part of the electronic countermeasure(ECM)systems.With its quick response, analog radio frequency memory is the first applied radio frequency memory technology. But ARFM has drawbacks such as short memory time,great error and no signal correlation.Basic principles and architectures of ARFM are dressed out in this paper. Based on the tradition methods, we proposed two new solution to solve the"priority of mode" problem. The first method is Open Frequency Memory Loops,the second method is Auto-measure . We also prove the possibility of the second method in theory; discuss some principles of light frequency memory and introduce some related devices.Finally, system simulations of tradition method are made in comparison of the improved auto-measure method. Results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective. |
