Telesales is a new marketing channel in insurance industry. The marketing methods has these characteristics:customer resource information is huge, complex data processing, a number of sales agents. And with the various insurance companies in the telephone marketing competition is becoming increasingly fierce. This will require the insurance company to have a cross system data sharing platform, supporting pre-sale, sale, after sale of different aspects of data analysis. At the same time, the precise management is also an urgent requirement of customer list of resources to maximize the conversion of customers to make full use of. Therefore the following researches discuss the customer conversion:First of all, the paper interpret the conversion factors, the customer data warehouse theory, CRM theory.Secondly, the paper then describes the insurance telesales process of A company as well as on the customer conversion model. And with A company’s data analysis the age, gender, driving experience years, whether existing customers, service quality, mode of payment, delivery effectiveness of other factors that influence the conversion rate, and gives the suggestions to promote sales.Once again, this paper introduces the telesales business system of A company, and sort out the data flow between systems, customer model is established according to the characteristics and customer conversion factors of telesales customers. According to topic modeling methods of the data warehouse design the framework and model based on the customer model. And describe the ETL tools, techniques and ETL process framework.Finally, design the CRM of insurance telesales customer conversion based on the data warehouse before. There has customer quantity analysis, premium contribution analysis, customer conversion rate analysis report in the CRM for manager to analysis customer data from different dimensions.
