Telesales of motor car insurance, as a new insurance selling channel, is developed currently with the increasing development of motorcar industry and information technology. By the speedup of motorcar industry's development and the increase of people's purchasing power, it becomes a challenge for the insurance companies to improve their telesales by existing selling data. This paper studies characteristics of these data at first, then finds a special progress of how to clean and transform the data to make them appropriate for data mining; finally, in this paper, we build a data mining model based on the cleaned data with the predefined goal, and get the data mining result using the model. From the result, we can see some obvious suggestions on the telesales. The progress and the model of data mining will be helpful to those who want to make further research on telesales of motor car insurance. |
