After continuous development, display device has merged into modern life, become a dispensable component; and been applied everywhere so far. With the advance in electronic information industry, especially in the field of mobile portable devices and wearable devices. People cannot be satisfied by current display devices any more. They become strongly look forward to more advanced and more convenient display devices with more vivid displaying effect, to be thinner, lighter and flexible is the trend of new display devices. Liquid crystal display technology now possesses complete theories and mature technological skills. LCD technology is going to be not only thin, light and flexible, but also has merits of low power consumption and reflection mode. The main developing trend of flexible display technology is flexible liquid crystal monitor.Flexible LCD devices have high similarities with ordinary glass substrate LCD devices; yet, flexible LED devices lost it’s rigidity to be flexible, which made it hard to be applied to the preparation technology of rigid glass LCD. As a result, the differential made by flexible plastic substrate turned to a serious obstacle in the development of flexible LED display technology. Therefore, new thoughts are called to fundamentally solve the problem caused in the differentia of flexed substrate.Using diffusion film to rigidly support the flexed substrate can not only radically solve the problem as above, but also perfectly dealing with the question of connecting the traditional technics and processing parameter. In the preparation process, it can keep the rigidity almost the same as traditional glass substrate and it can also accomplish the merits of flexed liquid LCD. This is why it gains attention widely. The thesis studies the multilayered-structured material of adhesive film, which can provide good plane surface. To control the order of peeling process by adjusting the adhesive of the film on either the plastic substrate or on the side of the glass substrate. In addition, the material tolerates ultraviolet light well and can be employed in the technology of photo alignment.According to the test of simulated process, the adhesive material confirmed to be strong enough to tolerates the intensity of industrial processing. With the technique the cell gap can be maintained accurately and stably. The Flexible LCD cell can be driven successfully at 35V. And the transmittance under the dark state of ECB mode can be as low as less than 1.5%. Which means the method can be used to manufacture flexible LCD devices.
