The weakness of e-government construction are as following:First, the government distributed large amounts of data, but lack of centralized storage; Second it is difficult to make effective and accurate analysis since lack of integral, professional decision making analysis and forecasting tools. The lack of quantitative analysis interfere subjective factors and defective factors when making decisions, thus the final decisions have adverse effects. The majority of business intelligence software applications are used in the financial, telecommunications and other industries, rarely involved in the of government macroeconomic field. Since China have different culture, majority existing BI products in the market developed by foreign manufacturers does not match local people’s habits when presenting datas; In addition to SAS and a few other products, the query results for data analysis provided limited analysis functional. And some BI software closely binds with certain supporting products which force investor to buy a full set of BI support products (such as a dedicated application server) and increasing the project’s investment. This artical is focused on the analytical e-government applications developement, can supporting government in intelligent macroeconomics decision-making analysis system. Based on modern business intelligence technology and "data Warehouse (DW) online analytical processing (OLAP) data mining (DM) ", make full use of modern computer technology and network technology, collecting, intergrating and analysising data and resource for government departments, and support government leaders, government departments and professional research officer with high-level, comprehensive information to make decisions. System covers data collection, transmission, management, share, publish, analyze and forecast, use knowledgeable information to support decision-making. In addition, the system intergrated mathematical statistics, econometrics, data warehousing, online analytical processing, systemetically optimize various macroeconomic resources, scientifically collect, classify, processing and analyze economic data, and provide a good user interface which convert dull figures to graphically pictures, and intuitively monitor, analysis and forecast macroeconomic performance.
