With the development of RFID technology, E-wallet based on NFC as an important part of modern financial payment tools is more and more widely used. Compared with remote payment, online payment and the other payment tools, E-wallet payment has the characteristics of anonymous, fast transaction, small amount, not depending on network, etc. The whole industry chain for E-wallet payment is involving cards, terminals, merchants, application providers, service providers, network providers, and other industry and field, and E-wallet payment also comes into being the mutually beneficial business model due to considering the benefit of participants on each industry chain when providing the common consumers convenient payment environment. To effectively guarantee the benefit of cardholder, merchant, issuer and other parties, and promote healthy and orderly development of E-wallet payment industry, E-wallet offline transaction system need meet with the complicate processing requirements on link of E-wallet offline transaction data receiving, processing, account checking and settlement, etc.Based on investigation of today’s E-wallet payment application mode, processing technology and development trend, and as examples of the City One Card Through Settlement system, AFC Central Clearing House System and the transaction processing system of 3rd Party E-payment Company that author participating in, this article detailed describe the method of realizing a set of NFC E-wallet offline transaction system from all sides of system structure, transaction data processing, recharging business mode and other key technologies and business module. The main research contents are as follows:(1) Decomposition of transaction processing procedure as pipeline way, and design flexible system architecture to reduce the mistake rate of system processing and account checking. (2) Often using memory to reading the data cache in system, to improve the system processing efficiency. (3)According to the characteristic of E-wallet business, to distinguish hot or code account and reduce system spending of account information index updating. (4)Using online authorization to make sure the E-wallet recharge transaction security and against business fund risk. Through laboratory pressure test and practical project implementation, key technology and method have the higher practical value in E-wallet offline transaction processing system are verified, and strongly support for popularizing application of E-wallet are provided.
