The Design And Implementation Of Hospital Information System

With the development of hospital information construction, we have introduced the hospital information system, laboratory information systems and medical image archiving and communication systems, to higher the standard on the construction of information systems, to improve medical efficiency, standardize medical services, and convenient physical examination, the construction of the hospital medical information system, also have very high requirement.The system has completely independent structure and basic dictionary settings, template settings, including professional and detailed dictionary of medical items and a wealth of templates, to make the system can run independently,or control by the hospital information system through basic dictionary (Hospital Information System, HIS), picture archiving and communication system (Picture Archiving and Communication Systems, PACS), laboratory information systems (Lab Information System, LIS), this would guarantee the independence, flexibility and integration. And on this basis, carried out the following research work:(1) The physical examination information system was designed, the overall architecture of the system was established, At the same time using flow chart describes the whole process of hospital information system.(2) In order to solve the security problem, the user login mechanism, permissions, backup and restore module system were designed.(3) The design of LIS interface and PACS interface, solved the defect information other information systems can’t share physical examination system and hospital, and design the system database by using E-R model and database tables.(4) For the system function module design of the partition, the system function was divided into front desk management, doctor workstation platform, statistics management module, final inspection management module, report management module etc.(5) According to the function module design of the system, a new user interface, friendly, and increased system of value-added services, and finally through the test system, the system can complete competency requirements for medical hospital automation.
