Ionizing radiation occurs in our life. Incidence of nervous system diseases caused by Chernobyl catastrophe such as intelligence impediment, anxiety dumps are still increasing; Astronaut may get cognitive damage duo to the influence of cosmic radiation.This paper is a Cross-over studies between Radioactive Medicine, Dynamic Fuzzy Math, Computer Technology. The mainly work is as follows:(1)We gave a research on Dynamic Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation method and make a summary of related technology.(2)We enhanced the process of the single factor evaluation, introducing the data processing method, and proposed a method of confirming the Degree of Membership which is based on "Experience+Clustering".(3)We applied the enhanced Dynamic Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation method to an instance of Cognitive impairment in rats, and established a model of Cognitive impairment caused by radiation in rats.In summary, this paper presented a model of evaluating the cognitive impairment caused by radiation based on Dynamic Fuzzy Sets. This model supplied a new method for researching cognitive impairment by using computer technology. However, considering the complexity of this problem, there are still some problems remaining to be further studied, such as "Learning+ Inference" mechanism in evaluation.
