Digital filter is widely used in industry and its demand is huge. But different industrial fields often require different parameters on the performance of the filter. While majority of existing digital filters have the problem of parameters inconvenience to rewrite. Therefore, this paper proposes an on-line configuration parameters filter based on DSP and which is based on TMS320F28335 processor.The design of on-line configuration parameters filter system based on DSP sets A/D data collection, DSP digital filtering and D/A waveform recovering at an organic, it can realize non-contact on-line filter parameters configuration function combining with the user interface of upper machine. The system consists of two parts, upper machine and lower machine, PC software based on Lab VIEW graphical language is mainly responsible for configuring and displaying filter performance parameters, such as filter order,filter coefficients,sampling frequency and so on.The lower computer is made up of two parts: DSP processor based on TMS320F28335 chip and C8051F340 MCU. The lower computer is mainly responsible for data storage, transmission and real time filtering processing of digital signals. PC and C8051F340 MCU through wireless Wi Fi communication, complete online configuration and transmission process of filter parameters, the filter parameters received from the PC by SCM are sent to DSP through the SPI.Then the DSP compelet the digital filtration. Actual tests show that the design of the upper machine and lower machine can work coordinately and achieve the function of filtering parameters online non-contact configuration, and meet the design requirements.Firstly, this paper introduces the research significance and the design scheme of the filter system, Secondly, it completes the schematic and PCB design of the system and welds the PCB, Finally, the design of system’s hardware platform is completed. In this paper, we use C language to code of the system application function, test and verify the system function combining with the hardware and software design. Test results show that the design of the online configuration parameters filter based on DSP is reasonable.
