In recent decades, the global greenhouse effect has become increasingly significant, resulting in a series of serious problems. Such as global warming, sea-level rise, climate anomalies, countries all over the world are growing concern about this because of the seriously adverse effects on the human development.Researchers found human activities led to the increasing concentration of atmospheric CO2 and methane since the industrial revolution. And this has a great relationship with greenhouse effect. It is found that there is a large missing carbon sink between carbon source and sink by the studies of global carbon cycle. The accurate calculation of terrestrial carbon sink can help explain the mechanism of missing carbon sink, and it is one of the critical problems.The Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research developed the CO2 data assimilation system CTDAS, using meteorology, remote sensing and other data as the input data of this system, combining with the CO2 concentrations observed data, we achieved the CO2 concentration distribution and land surface CO2 dynamics in spatial and temporal distribution of the source/sink. Due to the success of the assimilation system, it urgently needs to build an operational running platform of this assimilation system. This system running by the researchers can realize the automatic production products according to the schedule, production statistics and analysis, and production displays in the form of visual charts. The main results of this paper are as follows:1. In this paper, the development of the operational system is basing on the B/S structure which is easy to deploy.SSH framework is an open-source matured framework, and we can realize the separation of presentation layer, operation layer and data layer basing on this framework. The operational system has well maintainability and extendibility.2. The system realizes the production products according to the job scheduling plan and production distribute according to the distribution strategy basing on the Quartz framework. Job scheduling module can product productions weekly, monthly, and yearly according to the scheduling plan, and can also run immediately according to all kinds of temporary assignments. Product distribution module can realize the distribution function of the product, through the FTP protocol, according to the product distribution strategy.3. The powerful visualization ability and the convenience of Net CDF toolkit of IDL language, as well as the Highcharts chart plug-in, giving us a way to analysis, statistics and display the production of carbon assimilation. Basing on the database technology and Ajax technology, this paper realize the dynamic display of carbon assimilation data on web page.
