With the development of mobile communication technology, the commercial networks have been moving from the era of 3G to 4G era. LTE as the global mainstream 4G network, with the high frequency utilization, the high transmission rate and low latency performance characteristics compared with 3G networks.However, LTE network has a good performance advantages meanwhile there are also technical problems need to be overcomed.The inter-cell interference coordination is one of them.This article is mainly focused on the technology of inter-cell interference coordination of LTE.First, using MATLAB software for simulation platform of LTE inter-cell interference self-builting.Observed and analyzed Fractional Frequency Reuse and Soft Frequency Reuse LTE in terms of improving inter-cell interference, pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of these two programs via the simulation. After the analysis of the characteristics of these two programs, I propose a self-adaptive soft frequency reuse technology, using the self-built LTE simulation platform, and prove the new proposed program of inter-cell anti-interference has the better advantages in-anti Inter-Cell Interference compared the other two schemes.
