On the other hand effectivly using Spring Dependency injection and transaction processing combined with the preparation of the profile and improve the system multiplexing capability. The system chooses a large relational database Oracle10g database to design, and uses database connection pool technology in Hibernate to manipulate the database for storing and accessing data.Quality supervision system of Tianjin city ready mixed concrete devides the whole function as follows:construction site management, purchasing management, production management, business management, project management, system management of the six areas. Among them, the construction site management includes units registered, task order management, supervision confirmed, monomer project management, integrated query management, receipt management of six sub-functions. Purchasing management includes purchasing information management, materials management, Order management, task list management four sub-functions. Production management includes concrete ratio management, production task list management, product testing management, alkali or chloride ion content management, strength ledger management, production scheduling management of six sub-functions. Enterprise management includes basic information management, enterprise personnel management, role management, technical director of management, device information management five sub-functions. Project management manages mainly the engineering information management and project tenders. System management mainly includes alarm management, account set up two sub-functions.Tianjin After using this ready-mixed concrete quality control system is capable of efficient electronic management in tasks related to the production of information, materials information, matching information.
