The Design And Implementation Of Information Management System For Graduated Students For Hunan City University

With the gradual development and mature of information technology, web technology is widely applied in various industries, however, domestic colleges and universities (include Hunan City University) in graduate management mostly stay in paper management. Although the form of paper management can be stored for a long time, but will involve more personnels and material resources than information technology. Along with the expansion of colleges and universities in our country, the paper management already can not meet the demand for the growing graduate management. Based on the above problems, this paper puts forward the design and implementation of Hunan City University graduate information management system.According to the Hunan City University graduates in the actual situation of information management, combined with the present situation of the domestic similar graduate information management system, puts forward the design and implementation of the necessity and direction of graduate information management system. According to actual situation of graduates information management filled, classify the needs of system business. To put forward the technical route of Hunan City University in the graduates information management system at function design stage, system uses MVC design pattern, design and implementation with J2EE platform, main technology is struts framework, hibernate framework and spring framework. In the function design process,we use the function structure diagram, class diagram, and sequence diagram to describe the system module. In addition,using SQL database for data storage and search.and finally to realize the core function of graduates information management system of Hunan City University by together complete of interface, codes, and algorithms, the testing process using the test cases to test some parts and functions in the core modules.The graduates information management system of Hunan City University is mainly to achieve the system basic information management, students’ basic information management, students’ growth archive management, reporting card of leaver’s management, employment assistance management and alumni management. The system basic information management mainly make possible college management, department management, major management, class management, counselor management, basic information management, and functional management. All the sub modules have the new adding and deleting options except college management. The student’s basic information management module mainly involve the student basic information management, student message information management, class member management. The student growth archives management module realizes the growth archives management, semester evaluation management, student occupation planning management, occupation evaluation management, plan and implement records management, social practice management, awards and certificates management. The report card of leaver’s management module mainly realizes the student’s report card management, dispatch information management, configuration of report card, registration information export, students report cart print. The employment assisted management module mainly realizes the student employment table recommendation, students resume information management. The alumni management module mainly realizes the view alumni, alumni export.The design and implementation of graduate information management system in Hunan City University can meet the present situation on large quantities of graduates information management, it bring convenience to university for adapting to the fast and efficient information management in current information ages.
