Grouting projects are very important components in the construction of hydropower station project, in grouting process, the most concern is the quality of the grouting. Therefore, it is very urgent to establish a grouting information management system.Based on the practical problems encountered in the grouting process, the establishment of a framework based on Struts and Hibernate grouting information management system, that the G-MIS. G-MIS based on J2EE platform development, to ensure the stability of the platform, the deployment of cheap, and the portability of the application systems; using Struts framework as a Web development framework, component modularity, flexibility and reuse advantages also simplify the G-MIS application system development based on MVC; Hibernate object-relational mapping framework, sealed through JDBC lightweight objects, such systems can arbitrarily manipulate the database, and to complete the important task of data persistence;Ajax and JavaScript technology, user experience and functionality processing more convenient. This paper describes the design and realization of the G-MIS, adopted a three-tier C/S architecture, the main features include system management, chart output, data processing, SMS alarm, file management functions. System users log in through the browser segment G-MIS, dynamic submission requirements, backstage after the rapid response analysis of the sources of information as well as the statistics of large amounts of data, to overcome the paper statistics slow, low effect of weakness, give the user a better visual experience. At the same time, in order to always monitor the grouting data to ensure that the construction in strict compliance with industry standards, using SMS alarm mechanism, through this mechanism, so that the omissions in control in the controllable range.In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the G-MIS, various functional modules of the system test, system response time, system stability, user experience, concurrent request information, and whether the SMS standards. The test results show that the G-MIS can well meet the design requirements and performance.
