Fire engineering is related to people’s life, property safety is closely related to the project, along with our country to the fire protection engineering investment and support, gradually increasing the fire engineering project, gradually expand the scale, the bidding work of fire engineering project is also becoming complicated and changeable. However, most of our fire engineering bidding management is still in the state of semi automation, efficiency and quality of the bidding management is very low.In order to solve the problems encountered in the management of fire protection engineering project bidding problems, the use of software technology, network technology and digital technology, develop a set of suitable for fire protection engineering project bidding management system is a good solution. Bidding information, network management can greatly shorten the time between the various departments of communication, improve the efficiency of the bidding work. Therefore the development of a fire engineering bidding management system is a significant work.Firstly, this dissertation briefly described the general situation of management system for fire projects bidding, doing the system requirements analysis, analysing the system’s functional requirements and non-functional requirements, and doing systems function analysis by use case diagrams. Then, the overall design of the system to determine the development platform, system architecture, and describes the system database design, and system administrators, bidding administrators and leader, the role of the functional modules and a detailed description. Finally, dissertation has carried on the summary of the development and design work and do the next step work of system expansion.This dissertation researched status of fire projects bidding management of various regions in design process, combined with current development of fire projects bidding management, the system is based on B/S mode. The system included Bidding management, bid inviting management, bidding management, supplier information management, news management and information management system. management system of the tender and bidding for fire projects based on.NET Framework, system implementation is using C# tools, which is Visual Studio and SQL Server database, the layout design of front desk page is using HTML5, The system interface is beautiful and humane by using CSS and JavaScript, the background program is using C# and ADO.NET technique, which can ensure efficient and stable of system.
