The Design And Implementation Of Cooperative Behavior Of Audit System For Jining Mobile Company

The cooperative system deployed in the computer rooms achieves completed multiple businesses for Jining Mobile, which stores a lot of relevant data information, the government increases the supervision and customers pay more attention on information security in recent years, so we need more demands to prevent unauthorized access to the cooperative system and audit the unauthorized access, thus ensuring self-security of the cooperative system. Therefore, in order to standardize the access process for the maintenance behavior and implement unified management of the cooperative system, we created the cooperative type of conduct audit system.The cooperative type of conduct audit system used object-oriented analysis and design methods, and was implemented step by step in accordance with the process, including requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, software engineering testing, and so on. In the phase of requirements analysis and system design, standard UML use case diagram, class diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram and other legends were used for the description of requirement use case, business process analysis and detailed design of the system. Technologies used for the system was the J2EE-based group framework of Struts, Spring and Hibernate, and the database was achieves by MySQL.The Jining Mobile cooperative type of conduct audit system implemented the function modules like device management, policy management, account management, platform licensing and rights management, audit management, system management and others. Device management module implemented resource group management, management of UNIX, Windows and network equipment, account management and user authorization management. Policy management module implemented password policy, device access policy, black and white list maintenance and other functions. Account management module implemented organizational management, account management and other functions. Platform licensing and rights management module implemented platform licensing, click login, rights template management, rights application and approval and other functions, which achieved the rights application process. Audit management module implemented audit analysis and alarm and query functions of various types of logs, and query and export functions of various types of reports. System management module implemented system monitoring, platform password and VPN password management, VPN account management and other functions.With the the application of the Jining Mobile cooperative type of conduct audit system, the unified account management and electronic licensing of relevant processes were completed to ensure the safe and stable operation of the network, which improved maintenance efficiency, saved maintenance manpower, and financial costs, and further implemented the paperless office and propelled informatization.
