The Design And Implementation Of People’s Livelihood Information Data Acquisition And Analysis System For Huimin County

To make all kinds of guarantee funds from financial to benefit most of the people who with difficult life, weakest actions, to avoid impersonator and repeated enjoy subsidies occur, to centralized analysis and processing for total amount which scattered in various departments as well as the data of grant funds. Effectively solve the problem of information exchange between departments, to break the independence between the various departments in business data, establish data communicate bridge. The information data center of people’s livelihood data of Huimin County tries to establish an information data acquisition and analysis system to solve series of problems.In this paper, first analyzed current research status of the system in domestic and international, then analyzed for the focused problem to resolved during the construction process of acquisition and analysis in people’s livelihood data of Huimin Country, finally confirm the technical architecture of system uses, and using J2EE technology route worked in Java development, use the three-tier architecture. MVC design pattern divided the system into view layer, control layer and service layer, also integrated in the design with JSP, struts, hibernate and other technologies to analyze the system. At the same time Oracle database are used for the database design.The system can be divided into three business modules:data collection and auditing services, data analysis and statistical services and system management. Wherein the data collection and auditing module analyzed:the data acquisition, data review, data query. The data analysis and statistics module analyzed:data analysis and statistics. In system management module analyzed resource management, menu management, user management, department management, role management, role menu management, user role maintenance management, and system configuration management and portal management of nine sub-function modules.By building the system for acquisition and analysis in people’s livelihood data of Huimin County, we believe that it can full collection of local public opinions, reflect the living conditions of local people, to provide a reference for local governments on effective development plan, and promote local economic develop better and faster.
